Lawrence Jacomelli was born in London, England on January 14th, 1974. He is a writer & director best known for the horror/thriller Blood Star, starring John Schwab (The Queens Gambit Netflix and Jack Ryan Amazon Prime) as the psychotic killer and Britni Camacho as the lead actress.
Lawrence is the co-founder of Beast, a London based creative production agency and Fastback films, the feature film production company.
As a TV commercials director he has shot for leading advertising agencies and many household brands in markets all over the world.
In 2018 he shot a 20 minute pilot for Sci-Fi Horror/Thriller “The Scent”. From here Lawrence set upon writing a low budget movie with writer Victoria Taylor. Together they wrote and produced Blood Star, which was shot on location in California in just 10 days.
